In 2023, we’re celebrating 100 years in business!!
Originally founded in 1923, Borr’s shoes is proud to serve the Downtown Holland community and beyond for 100 years. We take pride in helping every customer who walks through the door find the right pair of shoes. In 1979, Borr’s opened an additional store in Downtown Grand Haven. Cathy began working at that location in 1981. Today, Cathy and her business partner Sharon, operate the two stores with the same genuine interest and service to customers that made Borr’s thrive in West Michigan for over 100 years.
Our staff are not only co-workers, but “family” and we boast that we have over 160 years of combined experience from over 25 years to just a few months of working together. We share a common goal of turning each customer into lifelong clients.
Borr’s carries a wide assortment of styles and sizes from leading brand names and a wide array of fashionable and functional accessories, including sunglasses, socks, scarves, jewelry and handbags.
Because we are blessed to be a part of such great communities, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve. We not only donate to several local charities, but also participate in local events throughout the year in both downtowns.
